ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the revenue record contains the name of his father / Velayutham. The petitioner's father is no more. All that the petitioner wants is mutation of revenue record and issuance of patta in the joint names of the legal heirs. Application in this regard has been given before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the interested persons shall be put on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
