ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 19.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Crime No.182 of 2009, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The Law Enforcing Agency filed a charge sheet and the case was taken on file as P.R.C.No.39 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli. Thereafter, since the petitioners did not appear before the Court below, the lower Court issued NBW. Thereafter, the Law Enforcing Agency secured the accused on 19.02.2018, against which the present bail application is filed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there are eight previous cases, pending against the petitioner, out of which three cases are under Section 302 IPC and two cases under Section 307 IPC.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that eight previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
