2.The contention of the petitioners is that the defacto complainant is the daughter in law of the first petitioner. The first petitioner's son and the defacto complainant got married on 09.09.2018. After three months, the husband of the defacto complainant / son of the first left to Dubai for his job. treated her.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that there is no complaint as on date.
