PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1s and 2nd to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Aarthi, D/o.Asaithambi, aged about 36 years, who is the wife of the petitioner before this Court and to set the detenue at her liberty. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition on the ground that the detentue has been traced and handed over to the petitioner/husband of the detenue. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
