This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.172 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. 2.This Criminal Original Petition was listed on 19.11.2014. On that day, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought adjournment. Hence, the matter was adjourned by a week. This matter is pending for more than four years without even ordering notice or without admitting by this Court. It shows that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is not interested to proceed this matter and he has unnecessarily dragged into the matter.

3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
