To call for the records from the Lower courts and set aside the Judgement of the Appellate Court passed by the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai in Criminal Appeal No.131/2019 dated 04.11.2022 confirming the Judgement in S.T.C.No.41 of 2019 dated 04.09.2019 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Pattukottai by allowing the Revision.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAYA PERUMAL S, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15871 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.1263 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

The learned counsel for the Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 5.Since the offence is under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15871 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.1263 of 2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
