2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner died, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous and noting survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
