This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C./166/(107 Cr.P.C.,)/2019, dated 19.03.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the first respondent, by its order dated 28.03.2019, dismissed the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
