O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience in not complying with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10295 of 2018 dated 21.08.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court by order dated 21.08.2019, had directed the respondent to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In due compliance of the order dated 21.08.2019, passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10295 of 2018, the respondent has filed final report on 09.09.2019 and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.7 of 2020 by the the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Pudukkottai.
