ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to consider the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.7896/M2/2024 dated 6.10.2024 forwarded by the second respondent to third respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to make an entry of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.23222 of 2021 dated 12.08.2024 in the relevant register of the third respondent office.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to comply with the direction issued by the second respondent and pass orders on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
