For Respondent : Ms.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 30/10/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.15636 of 2019 directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.15636 of 2019.

2. The petitioners were granted bail by this Court on condition that they would report before the respondent till the main accused is apprehended.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that the main accused has since been apprehended.

CRL MP(MD). No.1047 of 2020 4.Of-course, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed the relaxation by pointing out that A2 is at large. A1 has been secured and subsequently, released on bail.

5.I am of the view that further compliance of this condition is not necessary. Hence, it stands relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
