ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to discharge the petitioner from the guardianship of respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein / respondent Nos.2 to 4 in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)No.772 of 2016 on the file of this Court. 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent, who appeared through Video Conference, has not raised any objection to this petition.

4. Today, this Court has allowed the petitions seeking major declaration in respect of respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein in C.M.P. (MD)Nos. 948 to 950 of 2026.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the fact that respondent Nos.3 to 5 have already been declared as majors, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 23-02-2026 (2/2) Note : The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)No.772 of 2016 and list the same on 16.03.2026.
