ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered in Current Petition No.P4/05913/445/2020 and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 25.01.2021, since the petitioner submitted before the police that she would resolve their dispute before the competent Civil Court. This is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
