The grievance of the petitioner is that the direction issued by the Division Bench its order dated 06.07.2021 has not been complied with. The said order directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and remove the encroachment, if any after issuing notice to the 4th respondent. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings of the Tahsidar, Paramakudi, in Na.Ka.No.m/3/6440/2021, dated 09.12.2021, which shows that upon enquiry, it has been found that there was no encroachment in the public road and the alleged encroachment by Raju is not correct. It is also stated that the construction put up by the said Raju is within his patta land.

Hence, we find that the order has been complied with and the Contempt Petition is closed.
