ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as an undergraduate Teacher in Physical Education in Government High School, Pottahavayal, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in view of the petitioner's employment seniority after considering his representation dated 18.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 2 to 4 submits that subsequent to the enactment of Constitution for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.1913 of 2022 right to education, the post of Teachers are being recruited only through Teachers Recruitment Board with the qualification of pass in Teachers Eligibility Test. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 2 to 4, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
