O R D E R

This Court by order dated 26.06.2024 had directed the parties to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench for amicable settlement with consent of both parties. 2.Today, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and a joint memo of compromise signed by the parties stating that the dispute between them has been settled has also been filed. The said memo is recorded.

3.In view of the compromise reached between the parties, this writ petition is disposed of. The report of the Mediation Centre shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
