The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 19.08.2024 in A.S.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 06.02.2023 in O.S.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
