[Crime No.75 of 2018] PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.75 of 2018 dated 24.06.2018 and consequently to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is flied to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.75 of 2018 dated 24.06.2018 and consequently to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in its final stage and the investigating agency are waiting for an opinion of the forensic hand-writing expert.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
