ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, 1/4

directing the respondents to release the petitioner's two-wheeler bearing Registration No. TN 63 BU 6574 (Bajaj Pulsar 150), which was seized by the 2nd respondent police, and to pass orders within the time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the property has been handed over and is now in the custody of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application for the return of the property in Crime No. 84 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, in PRC No. 109 of 2025.
