ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A1 to A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A),406 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.122 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de facto complainant, she married the first accused three years ago and at the time of marriage, she was provided with 40 sovereigns of jewels and Rs.3,00,000/- as "Seethana" and thereafter, the accused harassed her demanding more dowry and threatened her with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation of this case is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Madurai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000-/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner/A1 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
