No.7 of 2013 dated 03.10.2019 on the file of the 3rd Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 18.03.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District Judge Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.2711/2023 dated 27.09.2023,this Court made the following order:

"Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for trial Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 18.03.2022, directed the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of the case

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli has submitted a requisition letter dated 27.09.2023 stating that since the first defendant was reported dead, steps were taken and hence, he could not dispose of the suit within the time stipulated.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli is hereby directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of four months further time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
