ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.8 in Crime No.255 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 06.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the sister of the first accused was given marriage to the deceased and she was murdered by the deceased and her mother for which a case was registered against them. Due to the previous motive that on 30.07.2015, the accused attacked the deceased with lethal weapons and caused death.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an employee of the first accused and he has no motive to murder the deceased. It is further contended that the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of the confession of the first accused in which he has stated that the petitioner is one of the conspirators.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this is a case of double murder and also the occurrence had taken place to take a revenge against the deceased and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ as per the confession of the first accused, the petitioner has played a main role in this occurrence.

5. However, considering the overt act attributed against this petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 25/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar TO 1 THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, KARAIKUDI.
