This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of the case in Crime No.114 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent police and entrust the same to the third respondent C.B.C.I.D officer by conducting appropriate further investigation.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the entire investigation has been completed and the second respondent has laid a charge sheet on 24.08.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
