ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.90 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2018 and also filed charge-sheet before the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District and it is pending for taking cognizance.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District is directed to take cognizance on the final report submitted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
