ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of petitioner from respondents 4 and 5 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2025

2. According to the petitioner he had made a representation before the respondents 1 to 3 on 08.01.2025 for life threat made by the respondents 4 and 5 but the same was not considered, hence he has filed the above petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner had been considered by the respondents and the same was closed, thereby nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner was considered, this Court without issuing notice to the respondents 4 and 5 passes order giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report of the respondents 1 to 3 in the manner known to law. 2/4

5. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
