ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(B)(II)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.not known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner for NDPS offence. In fact, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.182 of 2025 by the respondent police for IPC offence against the petitioner.

3.In the light of the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition by giving correct crime number and making necessary averments.
