[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking production of her sister's son, who has been illegally detained from 20.02.2018 by the respondents police. 2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. We have also perused the records carefully.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was arrested on 20.02.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC and 25(1)(b) of ARMS Act, 1959, in Crime No.56 of 2018 by the Inspector of Police, Manalmelkudi Police Station, Nagapattinam District and was remanded to Judicial custody on 20.02.2018.
