ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who is arrayed as A2 and A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3(1) TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.419 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and others agitate against the Government Policy and they were arrested and kept inside the marriage hall at that time, the petitioners damaged the fan head worth about Rs.200/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and laid a charge sheet in this case in P.R.C.No.14 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Theni.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned for all hearing dates, without fail. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
