RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No.12408 of 2021 on the file of this court dated 27.09.2021 in Crime No.439 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and pass order Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VINAYAGARAJAN.A.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12408 of 2021 on 27.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.1691 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12408 of 2021 on 27.09.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
