RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 14857 of 2017 dated 03.11.2017 by directing the petitioners to report any police station at Madurai city instead of Sanarpatti Police Station, Dindigul District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this modification petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14857 of 2017, dated 03.11.2017 and consequently to permit the petitioners to report any police station at Madurai City instead of Sanarpatti Police Station, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions passed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the condition imposed on the petitioners 1,2,3,4,5,10,11,12 and 13 is relaxed and they shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. 5.In respect of petitioners 6,7,8,9 and 14, this petition is dismissed.
