O R D E R

The petitioner petitioner is the de-facto complainant. He wants final report to be filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the final report was filed as early as on 21.02.2021, but the same has been returned for complying with certain defects.

3.The respondent police is directed to rectify all the defects and resubmit the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
