COMMON PRAYER : Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 27.09.2023, made in I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2023, in O.S.No.19 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar. ORDER
This revision petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 27.09.2023, made in I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2023, in O.S.No.19 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif, Virudhunagar. 2.The above said interlocutory applications have been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to examine the respondents 5 to 7 and to mark relevant documents available with them. But, the same was dismissed by the trial Court stating that the petitioner can file the certified copies of the above said documents. 2/4
3.The learned Government Advocate has verified that both the documents are now available with the competent authority. The learned counsel for the private respondents has no objection. So the order passed by the trial Court required to be interfered and accordingly interfered. 4.The petitions filed by the petitioner are allowed and permission is granted to the petitioner to sent for both the documents along with the copies. The competent person must also be examined as witnesses to prove the factual aspects mentioned by the petitioner. 5.With the above said directions, these civil revision petitions stand allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
