ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On 04.02.2015, this court granted interim anticipatory bail to this petitioner with a direction to appear before the respondent police everyday for two weeks.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction from the respondent police, who is present in this Court, submits that the petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court and also not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry.
4. Under such circumstances, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
