The learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared in the virtual Court, has stated that he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition, since filing of Section 92 application itself is not required as he would directly move the suit.
2.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to continue with the suit. The plaint shall be returned by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, to the petitioners to enable them to re-present the plaint. It is needless to state that the respondents/defendants can raise all their objections. No costs.
