PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned tender notification of the respondent in Tender ID. com177813 and Tender Ref.no.A1/013898/17-18 for the supply of 16 no's of Computer Operator in Education Section for Primary Middle High and Higher Secondary Schools of Madurai Corporation for 365 days published in the E-Tender portal on 11.11.2020 and quash the same and to direct the respondent to permit both online and offline submission of the tender bids by issuing fresh tender notification.
