ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.284 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial is scheduled to commence on 12.06.2019 and summons of L.W.1 to L.W.3 in the final report have already been served.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.284 of 2018 within a period of three months from 12.06.2019.
