PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to constitute a Special Wing under the guidance of an IAS Officer as its head with all powers for supervising and to inspect and regulate the Fireworks Industries and for strict enforcement of the applicable laws relating to the fireworks and to take proper action against the erring Fireworks Industries by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2021.
