Prayer in WP(MD). 24524/ 2018 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in its Letter No.13455/CV.III(1) 2018-1 dated 09.07.2018 that of the order of the 3rd respondent in its No.793/VIG/31/2018 dated 30.11.2018 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from conducting verification of the Community Status of the petitioner.

ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah, J) This Review Application is filed to review the order dated 08.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.24524 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on a perusal of the records, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the order dated 08.03.2019 passed in W.P.(MD). No.24524 of 2018.

3. However, the learned counsel for the review applicant/writ petitioner submitted that there is another prayer in the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.24524 of 2018 with regard to the charge memo dated 30.11.2008 issued against the writ petitioner by the third respondent, which had not been dealt with by this Court and he prayed that it would suffice if liberty is given to file a separate Writ Petition challenging the said charge memo.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the review applicant/writ petitioner, this Court dismisses the Review Application, by giving liberty to the review applicant/writ petitioner to challenge the said charge memo by way of separate Writ Petition. No costs.
