Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first and second respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is interfering in civil dispute. I did not want to go into the merits of the allegation. However, it is obvious that when the parties are locked in civil litigation the police will keep away. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
