The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.09.2015 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Jeyakumar, the case in Crime No.4 of 2015 has been registered by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. Since, it is the related chit transaction, the petitioner was examined as a witness, who is one of the subscribers of the chit.
