: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's minor daughter, by name, Swathi, D/o.Palanisamy, 13 year old girl, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's minor daughter, by name, Swathi, D/o.Palanisamy, 13 year old girl, before this Court and hand over the custody to her.

2. The detenu, by name, Swathi, aged 13 years, the minor daughter of the petitioner, is produced by the second respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu was found in the company of an other, who stands arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.58 of 2018, on the file of the second respondent police.

4. The detenu informs that she is willing to go back to the parental home along with the petitioner. The petitioner has also agreed for the same.

5. Recording the said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
