ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent and his subordinates not to interfere or ill-treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in connection with the family dispute at the instance of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1&2 submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
