ORDER

The petitioner alleges that the direction given by us in W.P(MD)No.19542 of 2024 to clear the encroachments in the petition mentioned Theppakulam has not been complied with. Hence, this Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that alternative sites are being allotted to the encroachers and the entire process will be completed within two months and there will be total compliance of the direction given by this Court.

3.Recording the stand of the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
