ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her son under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner and the third respondent were directed to appear before the second respondent and that the petitioner appeared on 18.01.2023. Subsequently, the petitioner has not turned up.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given the representation, dated 24.01.2023, to the first and second respondents, seeking not to harass him. 4.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and on receiving such summon, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on the date to 2/4

be fixed by the second respondent. On such appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on that date itself, in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
