Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners, by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10921 of 2017, dated 19.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complying with the weekly condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
