ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above Writ 2/4
Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the respondents 5, 9 to 13, 15 and 17.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 72 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 5.It is reported that the respondents 7, 14 and 16 are dead. Hence, the petitioner is directed to take steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondents 7, 4 and 16.
