ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the concerned Court for the alleged offences punishable under Section 45 of Information Technology Act r/w Section 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.42 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
