Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, on 30.09.2014 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners 2 to 6, referred the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre for amicable settlement.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the order of this Court, the first petitioner and the defacto complainant have appeared before Mediation and the matter could not be settled amicably. It is further submitted that the defacto complainant has approached the petitioners thereafter and all the articles of the defacto complainant were returned in the presence of two witnesses on 13.11.2014. It is further submitted that the defacto complainant has filed I.D.O.P before the Family Court, Madurai, seeking divorce.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the Mahila Court, (Judicial Magistrate) Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
5.
