2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner's son to take treatment for his Blood Cancer disease in Jipmer Hospital at Pondichery or Rajaji Government General Hospital at Madurai.

4. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner's son, who is suffering from blood cancer, is now admitted at Rajaji Government General Hospital, Madurai.
