ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his daughter, Sivaranjini, aged about 16 years. 2.The status report submitted by the second respondent informs that pursuant to our order dated 18.04.2018, police agency has in right earnest proceeded with investigation in Crime No.58 of 2018 on the file of Thogamalai Police Station and Crime No.69 of 2018 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of Kattuputhur Police Station, relating to the girl having gone missing on earlier occasions.

3.The detenue, a minor girl aged 16 years has been produced. Interaction with her informs she has been misled into leaving the parental home and the entire issue arose owing to her out of having fallen in love with the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent was arrested on 15.06.2018 in Crime No.69 of 2018 on the file of Kattuputhur Police Station. The petitioner/father of the detenue is present. He and the detenue are agreed that the detenue will return to the parental home and remain in the care and custody of the petitioner. Towards such end, copy shall be marked to Manager, Anbu Karangal, Vennaimalai, Karur, for completing formalities for handing over her custody to the petitioner.

4.Placing on record, our appreciation for the purposeful action informed in the report of the second respondent, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
